Six Straight Regulation Losses For Devils
Same old story for the New Jersey Devils. Just a different team.
It may have been a better effort and showing by New Jersey but the red hot Pittsburgh Penguins have now won seven straight games. Pens goaltender Tristan Jarry provided excellent goaltending but the Devils need to get more shots on net. The Devils have not gained a point in the standings in the past 11 days. They only have one win in the month of December, which now has Lindy Ruff and the coaching staff on the hot seat as Devils fans are increasingly growing more impatient.
The Devils will have another chance against the Penguins on Tuesday.
Poor officiating
Not sure how Michael McLeod gets high sticked in the face but gets the the penalty?
December 23rd Game Postponement
I am pretty bummed that the Happy Devils Festivus game against the Montreal Canadiens has been postponed. Devils fans have plenty of grievances to air out this year. Hopefully, the New Year's game against the Edmonton Oilers will still go on. We shall see.
