Thomas Bordeleau also picked up another assist, marking two points in two NHL games so far. Meanwhile, Kaapo Kahkonen continued his stretch of strong play for the Sharks, having allowed just eight goals over his last four games.
In other news, the Sharks also signed goaltender Strauss Mann to an entry-level contract yesterday. The deal is for a single year and carries an $842,500 cap hit.
