For the second time in four games, Seattle put up an excellent effort but ultimately failed to get past a hot goaltender. Despite nearly doubling up the Rangers in shots with 32 compared to their 18, Seattle fell short in a 3-1 loss. Igor Shesterkin was absolutely incredible for the Rangers and while failing to secure even a single point is disappointing, the Kraken’s effort was not. Seattle pushed the Rangers most of the night, even without leading point producer Jared McCann in the lineup after being placed in COVID protocol once more.
Seattle were buzzing all night and the lone goal they were able to score was an absolute highlight reel backend shot by Jordan Eberle. Ebs has been really finding his game as of late and is looking like the real deal once mor…..
