Florida and Carolina stay perfect, as each team won again last night! Dallas and Ottawa continue to go under the total at a crazy rate, Sens 6 of 7, while Dallas has gone under in all 8 of their games!
Today we have a great 10 game card with some teams in great spots to bet against. The early start this afternoon at 1:30 pm EST had NYI at Nashville. The Islanders have been off since Sunday while the Preds haven't played since Tuesday. Couple that with an afternoon start, under is my lean here as these two teams have gone a combined 8 of 12 under the total to start the year.
Montreal is playing their 3rd road in 5 days but it's a 1 pm EST body clock start for them in LA. The Kings are depleted on the blueline, so for me with the Habs playing better lately, it's a slight lean to Montreal. Under for these two teams are 2-5 for each squad!
Winnipeg at SJ, the Sharks are off a loss at home after the 5 game roadie while the Jets are playing 3 in 5 nights on the road. Huge lean to SJ in this spot here.
NJ at Pitt, Pens on an 8 game homestand but they haven't looked good(injuries and covid issues) while NJ has been off since Tuesday but have only played 5 games, the least amount by any team so far this season! Crosby and Carter return tonight, hitting Pitt!
Detroit at Toronto with the Leaf's sitting rested at home while the Wings played in OT last night. Leaf's steep price at -250. But still lean to the Leafs at home. Wings 3-5 under, Leafs 2-6 under this year.
Florida at Boston, the same scenario here with the Bruins rested at home while the Panthers played in OT last night and revenge on their minds too from the loss at Florida earlier this week. Under 2-6 for Florida, 2-4 for Boston this year.
Chicago playing back-to-back nights on the road, after getting crushed in Carolina last night. St. Louis is sitting rested, love this spot!
Minny at Colorado, the Wild got caught looking to the Avs game in their loss to Seattle. Avs haven't looked good out of the gate this season, 3-4 while the Wild are 5-2. Live road dog in Minny who are 3-1 on the road, Avs 1-2 at home.
Philly at Calgary is a tough one as the Flames return home after a 5 game roadie and teams this year have all lost their first game back at home! Philly playing 3 in 4 nights on the road but with 2 big wins in Edmonton and Vancouver. This will be only the 2nd home game for the Flames this year. They start a 5 game homestand, then go back out on the road for 7 straight! Hard game to pick a side on due to the trends.
Edmonton at Vancouver is an intriguing game as the Canucks are struggling big time and usually when you count this team out, they come up with a big effort/win. No lean here.
The last 4 nights' games are going under the total quite a lot, 19-7-1. This is definitely something to keep an eye on. Plus keep an eye on East vs. West as the East is dominating the West 29-14 to start the season!
