Carolina Hurricanes prospect Jack Drury is reportedly headed to the SHL for the 2020-21 season.
Jack Drury (CAR) is leaving Harvard for Và¤xjö in the SHL, by the sounds of it. This may turn into a trend for NCAA programs that are starting late. https://t.co/CmJ0vOQvcT

The 2018 second-round pick has spent the last two seasons at Harvard University, but based on at least a large chunk of the NCAA season likely to be lost due to COVID-19, the SHL is a good bet for him to get into game action before 2020 is through. He’s coming off an excellent year, where he scored 20 goals and 39 points in 28 games and it’ll be interesting to see how he’s able to produce at the professional level in Sweden.
