He spent the bulk of his career with the Buffalo Sabres, with stints in St. Louis, Vancouver and finally, Anaheim. Miller has played 14 games for the Ducks this season.
The news comes just after David Backes said that he may retire at the end of the season. With Miller’s career coming to an end, it’s highly likely we’ll see a tandem of John Gibson and Anthony Stolarz for the Ducks next year, who each still term remaining on their respective deals.
