I am launching the rumor chart on Monday, so I have been calling around like crazy today. And while doing so I came across this interesting tidbit. Braden Holtby may be the top UFA goalies this summer, as it would appear that the Caps could be turning to the future Samsonov... and yet, I just spoke to a source who said he is suddenly hearing that the Caps and Holtby could instead be working on an extension that would keep Holtby in Washington at least one more season.
