The Avalanche on Friday released the rookie roster for the upcoming tournament in Las Vegas.
The rookies will practice at Family Sports Center in Centennial on Friday, Sept. 7, at 9:30 a.m. MT before leaving for Las Vegas. The tournament games will be played at City National Arena.
The Avalanche rookies will play Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 7 p.m. PT; Anaheim on Sunday, Sept. 9, at 5 p.m. PT; practice on Monday, Sept. 10, at 10:30 a.m. PT; and play San Jose on Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 11:30 a.m. PT.
2018 first-round pick Martin Kaut will play, but Cale Makar, Shane Bowers, Cameron Morrison and Denis Smirnov, among other collegians, are at their respective schools.
