1) Following a complete off-day on Sunday, the Flyers return to practice today to prepare for Tuesday's home game against the St. Louis Blues. A look at the week ahead:

2) Monday's "Flyers Daily" is an "Ask Billy edition" of Jason Myrtetus' podcast. Before tackling listener-submitted questions, Jason and I spoke at some length about the keys to Carter Hart's early season success and why Saturday's win in Ottawa was an important one for this still-early phase of the season. 3) The Lehigh Valley Phantoms (3-5-1) are idle on the game schedule for the next four nights. On Friday, the Phantoms will begin a back-to-back home set that will see Ian Laperriere's team play the Springfield Thunderbirds (5-4-1) on Friday and then host the Laval Rocket (2-6-3) on Saturday evening. Both games are 7:05 p.m. starts. The Phantoms are coming off a 3-2 overtime road win in Laval on Saturday.
4) Today in Flyers History: On Nov. 7, 1968, St. Louis Blues forward Red Berenson scored six goals in an 8-0 blowout of the Flyers at the Spectrum. It remains the most goals scored by one opposing player against the Flyers in either a regular season or playoff game.
