The NHL is getting ready, but there is a ton of business to get done prior to the start of the NHL season, and time is very short right now. Not only are there still several legal details to be worked on between the players, but several teams are waiting on signings, trades, and player movement until the terms are announced....
The NHL Players are aiming to be back to their home cities by the 19th of December...also known as this Saturday... However one source tells me that while there is no deal yet, some teams are acting like there is a deal in an attempt to be ready to go...Other teams aren't yet though...and that has some people worried that the official start could be pushed a week...or possibly back to February 1...
