The Panthers added a new recruit to the Goalie Excellence Department after signing OHL goaltending standout Mack Guzda to a three-year deal.
"I've been to development camp in Florida. I have a good feel for the culture. I've worked with their goalie coaches. Everything from my time there made me feel like I was at home."

Head here to read the full scoop on his decision to sign with the Cats. In a nutshell, it sounds like Florida made quite the impression on him:
"I had some really good conversations with their staff. I've been to Development Camp in Florida. I have a good feel for the culture. I've worked with their goalie coaches. Everything from my time there made me feel like I was at home."

"It was pretty cool. That's a guy I grew up watching. To hear his interest in me and hear that kind of stuff, it was pretty cool and pretty humbling. The whole opportunity, I couldn't be more excited to get started."
With the way Bob has been playing, and Knight hopefully on the right track, the Cats look to have a bright future in the blue paint.
