The Vitaly Kravtsov sweeps is starting to pick up and come into focus.
How much interest is there? How much can the Rangers get?
Well, it really depends who you talk to....
There are some rumors out there saying the Rangers can get ALOT, and yet there are teams I talk to who question how much teams are actually willing to invest into a player that didn't make the Rangers and refused to go to the AHL. Kravtsov has come out and say he is willing to go to ANY other AHL team except the Rangers farm team in Hartford.
How much would you give up for Vitaly?
"That's a really strange thing to say," a source admitted.
Doesn't exactly say a lot for his character, and says even less for Vitaly's maturity. Pretty amateur. And yet the kid can play. He was loaned to the Traktor in the KHL and scored twice and added an assist in his first game... in 149 career kHL games Kravtsov has 32 goals and 26 assists... He has skill, but many Russians don't mind playing at home and piling up numbers and paychecks

I've been writing about the teams interested in Kravtsov since late October and Montreal is still the team most likely to take this chance right now...the Kings and Sens are also poking around...
Sens cancel practice after 3 more guys test positive.
The Senators cancelled practice today after three more players tested positive for Covid following their game last night against the Kings. A GAME that NEVER should have been played all we can do is hope that the Kings players don't stop dropping like flies now. Going into last night the Sens had 9 guys out on Covid protocol, meaning that EVERYONE in that room has been exposed big time and ever if they didn't test positive tomorrow would test postive after the incubation period...which we are clearly seeing start today.
I know the NHL is trying to pretend this is over, but its not and it REALLY won't be if they do irresponsible things like allow a team to play against a team that is obviously infected...The NHL had that rare chance to get out front of the virus and blew it. The Kings will now be playing other teams and spreading this around.
