The 2019 NHL Global Series will feature: Chicago, Philly, Buffalo and Tampa...
On September 29th. The Blackhawks will take on Eisbaeren_B in Berlin, Germany On September 30th. the Flyers will play LausanneHC in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Then the actual regular season games will take place.. October 4th Blackhawks v. Flyers in Prague.
Then, in November (8 and 9) the Sabres and Lightning will play games in Sweden (featuring Dahlin vs Hedman)
What are your thoughts on this series?
Personally I really like seeing NHL teams play head to head against European Teams, but I am not a huge fan of NHL Regular Season games taking place in Europe...I would rather see more teams play their pre-seasons in Europe, touring and playong against more European Teams...
