Todd Cordell

…‹He leads the Anaheim Ducks in goals/60, shots/60, and scoring chances/60 at 5v5 yet has mostly been stuck on the 3rd line and seen very limited power play time.
He has also been the best possession driver on the team – and the Ducks have outscored opponents 21-12 with him on the ice at 5v5 – so it's not like the coaching staff can't trust him defensively.
He's a highly skilled, and productive, player so I think the Ducks would benefit from increasing his role down the stretch.
Peter Tessier I’m taking a stab at this expecting to be flamed but Alexander Kerfoot. He’s 4th in 5 vs 5 scoring on the team and has played 45 games with less than 500 mins in time on ice.
Kerfoot is the kind of player that all teams need to find because he produces well and is completely underused by TOI. There’s more in the tank and it will be interesting to see how he is used going forward.
Adam French Ondrej Kase
The Ducks have a decent forward group when healthy and it's easy to get lost in the bigger named players on the team. Getzlaf, Kesler, Henrique, Perry and now Rackell are all household names. Kase however might never become a superstar, but he's well on his way to being a strong top-6 option.
He has 12 goals and 22 points in 34 games this season. He plays just 13 minutes a night. Less than Chris Wagner (who?) and Vermette. He's a good two-way player and has been very solid as a 5 vs. 5 player. He also doesn't get the benefit of large amounts of PP time.
He's an underrated player and could use some more ice time. …‹ …‹…‹…‹…‹Recent posts
