A quick look back at Saturday night with regards to stats. Home teams were 9-2, but yet again the totals have settled down with overs at a 6-5 edge. Favs were 8-3 while the 1st period totals were still 8-3 going over! Last night, 4 of the 5 games went under the total.
ANA/BOS - The Ducks start a 5 game road trip tonight while the Bruins end a 7 game homestand, 5-1 on it so far but are playing their 13th game in 24 days! Boston -263 is not worth it. Anaheim is +230. Pass for me on the side, small lean to the over 6.
LA/NYR - The Kings are off a road game in NJ last night while the Rangers rested. The Rangers are 8-4 since the break. Lean to NYR -175 but strong lean to the over 5.5!
VEG/WASH - The Knights have last 6 of their last 10 games and barely beat MTL in OT in their last game. The Caps are 5-6 since the break and are playing their worst hockey of the season. Vegas seems to play better on the road, but they are off an 8 game homestand. Small lean to VEG +105.
DAL/PHI - The Flyers have lost in 11 in a row and are a mess. Dallas is playing their 3rd in 5 nights on the road but only beat BUFF and DET in the first 2 games. They are playing another team that's reeling. Lean to Dallas -142 and the over 6 as the Flyers cant keep the puck out of their net.
CHI/COL - The Avs have won 11 of their 12 games since the break and are unbeatable at home. The Hawks have lost 3 in a row. Small lean to the over 6.
MTL/MINN - The Wild have won 5 of 7 since the break and are off until Friday night after this game. This will be the Hab's 5th game in 8 nights on the road and are very banged up while going the total in 3 of 4 on this road trip. Strong lean to the over 6. Wild -345 is too steep a price!
STL/CAL - The Blues played last night in Vancouver and won 3-1, while Calgary rested but the Flames are only 2-5 since the break. STL has won 7 of 9 since the break but this will be their 3rd in 4 nights on the road. Lean to Calgary -130.
