Looks Like Kuznetsov Is Going to Play (Capitals)

It looks like Evgeni Kuznetsov will play.

The Capitals top centre - and that means a lot because Nick Backstrom is awesome - is still considered a game time decision, but all indications are that his left wrist - excuse me, I mean 'upper body injury' - is good enough to play.

I mean, guys work their entire lives to get here, so I'm thinking as long as his arm hasn't been amputated, he'll try to play.

The Capitals can't afford to have him out of the lineup, and since he will most likely play, I think the biggest question right now is how much will his game be effected?

You'll have to excuse me for not providing a more in-depth game preview, but its sunny and 25 out, so i've got to get myself out side. I'm not sure what 25 is in American, but its a damn nice day is my point.

The game is tonight at 8PM eastern. The Caps will be playing their first home game in the Stanley Cup Final since June 11th 1998 when they lost to the Detroit Red Wings. Jacob Vrana, the Caps youngest player at 21 was just two years old back then.

Then again, maybe I shouldn't mention that since Betty White wasn't even born the last time my favorite team made the final. Oh good times!

Only three wins to the Cup. Things are getting intense.
