The Los Angeles Kings signed forward Blake Lizotte to a two-year contract extension today, and also completed two minor trades.

The Kings also sent forward Brayden Burke to the Nashville Predators, in exchange for defenseman Frederic Allard. Allard is 24 years old and has scored a goal and five assists with the Milwaukee Admirals this season.
Defenseman Markus Phillips was also sent to the Winnipeg Jets, with the Kings getting Nelson Nogier in return. Nogier is a 25-year-old defenseman and scored three goals and six points in 25 games with the AHLβs Manitoba Moose this season.
