A huge win for Bill Guerin and the Minnesota Wild came Tuesday night with the signing of Kirill Kaprizov to a five-year, $45M ($9 million average annual value) contract.
We have known all along that a three-year deal would spell a short Wild career for their franchise forward allowing him t object the free agent market as soon as he would be able to.
Kudos to Guerin and the Wild management team in locking up No. 97 for the next five years.
