During the general meeting of the Kontinental Hockey League that was held from a far terminated the powers of their board of directors and elected a new one.
KHL's Board of Directors consists of 21 members and is led by chairman of the board.

In an interview with CSKA Moscow's website Anton Slepyshev confirms that he had received a contract offer from the Edmonton Oilers and has also announced that he will remain in Russia and play for CSKA Moscow for next two years.
