Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has announced the best players in four categories for the month of November.
The best goalie of the month is no other than the ''CSKA'' Moscow goalie, (NYI prospect) Ilya Sorokin who led his team to six victories in as many games when he stepped on the ice. During the six-game stint, he was beaten only twice, recording four shutouts and registering 247 minutes without a goal against. That was the third longest streak in KHL history.
247 minutes and 40 seconds - Ilya Sorokin’s shutout streak comes to an end. Just 55 minutes short of a KHL record.
