Remember the Galchenyuk Trade with Arizona?
Well, talking to a source today, that deal was very nearly a MUCH larger deal. The Canadiens wanted Domi, but they started off talking about newly signed Oliver Ekman-Larsson. And it was a massive deal I am told.
My source told me this and added that both sides, "Left a slight crack open" after the Domi deal went down and it is very possible they could explore this more as the season goes. "OEL likes it in Arizona but wasn't opposed to listening to Montreal. Not at all."

I am beginning my team previews and they will launch with two a day next week. Since there are thousands of team previews I have tried to to look at it a different way...I have spent a lot of time this year in hopes of coming up with some new concepts on how to look at team previews....from a rumor perspective...I think you all will really enjoy them and I can't wait to show you starting on Monday...
