We split our side plays on the Rangers game last night but we went 2-4 on our prop plays. A quick recap from my game notes yesterday. Lafreniere has now gone 15 of 16 games with at least 1 SOG, he had 3 last night. Chytil and Copp went over 1.5 SOG, but Strome and Trouba went under 1.5 SOG. Mika Zibanejad scored again, a 7-game point streak, and has at least one point in 12 of 16 games during the playoffs.
Nick Paul went over 1.5 SOG registering 4 SOG, Perry went under his SOG prop, he had zero on the night. Stamkos went under 3.5 SOG and now has gone under that prop in 9 of 13 games during the playoffs.
The NY Rangers are now 8-1 at home in the playoffs but only 2-5 on the road. They have gone under the total in 6 of 9 games during the last 2 rounds of the playoffs, after going over the total in all 7 games against Pittsburgh in the first round.
Looking ahead to Game 3 tonight, Colorado is 5-0 on the road during the playoffs and has gone over the total in 4 of those 5 games. Meanwhile, Edmonton is 4-2 at home but they're an even 3-3 with regards to the total, so no edge there. The Oilers will sink everything into this game to avoid falling behind 3-0!
