It won’t be long before the season gets underway which means fantasy drafts are just around the corner. It’s time to prime up for the big draft day(s) and get yourself a winning roster set from the get go.
It’s important to do some research when it comes to your hockey draft. Especially this season as last year there was a huge amount of turn over with so many young and talented players entering the league. You also have to consider certain teams starting to stack up who have been weak for years, as well as the powerhouses who have been dominating for years who are finally starting to slow down.
There will be a number of blogs in the next couple weeks leading up to your NHL fantasy hockey drafts but this one will be specifically about the top 15 forwards.
The categories I base my rankings on will be goals, assists, points, +-, power play points, shorthanded points, penalty minutes and game winning goals.
