The Anaheim Ducks have re-signed forwards Max Comtois and Max Jones, as well as defenseman Josh Mahura.

Jones is 23 years old and his three-year contract will carry a $1.3 million cap hit. The winger scored seven goals and 11 points in 46 games this season, a pace of 12 goals and 20 points per 82 games.
Mahura is also 23 years old and split the season between the NHL and AHL, scoring four points in 13 games with the Ducks and 20 points in 28 games with the AHL’s San Diego Gulls. His contract is for two years and will reportedly carry a $750,00 cap hit.
As a quick note before doing further analysis on these deals in the upcoming days, the Comtois deal looks great, while the Jones deal is acceptable and you can’t complain about Mahura getting the league minimum on a multi-year deal.
