The St Louis Blues are facing a deluge of injuries right now and the margin for error in this year's Central Division is incredibly small...According to a source familiar with the situation the Blues are considering adding veteran Jarome Iginla to the team. Iginla has had opportunities to play, and is waiting on one particular team I am told. Iggy is the kind of player/person every NHL team could benefit from adding.....however, he also wants to play in a franchise where a Cup run is possible....The Blues may be the perfect fit...

Fiala going down last year in the playoffs was a major reason Nashville couldn't find enough scoring in the Cup Final...The injury was a very serious one and many questioned if he would be back in time for this season. Well he is healthy and looking phenomenal in the preseason...He scored one of the prettier goals in preseason versus the Blue Jackets
