Tyson Barrie will be in the lineup Tuesday when the Avalanche play in Vancouver to open a three-game road trip.

Barrie missed 13 games after he sustained a broken hand Dec. 23 against Arizona. He'll be paired with Anton Lindholm in even-strength situations and play on the second power-play unit.
Barrie has 27 points (four goals, 23 assists) in 34 games. He was second in scoring in the NHL when he was injured.
The Avalanche lost their last two games before the NHL All-Star break after running off 10 wins in a row, the second-longest streak in franchise history.
"We want to make sure we stop this thing and get back on track here," coach Jared Bednar said. "We have to come out and make sure we have a good start. We didn't have a good start in St. Louis (last Thursday). That's been the key for us all year. When we've had a good start, we've been able to carry it over and finish the game off."
According to NHL.com, J.T. Compher is still feeling the effects of the flu, though he did practice Monday.
