Back To Seattle Wild Revenge (Wild)

Tonight the Wild are back in Seattle to face the expansion Kraken for the second time in two weeks. They lost the first meeting 4-1 two weeks ago. The final score was inflated with the Kraken scoring two empty net goals.

The fact that the Wild could only muster up one goal was the more alarming fact. Despite the fact that the Wild were shorthanded at the time, is no excuse much as we saw Vegas do against the Eild on Thursday night.

Seattle has won just four games of their first 14 games. They are an expansion team despite the league's rules to provide them with a better pool of talent to choose from. Seattle definitely was hurt by Vegas' first year success and the pre-draft strategy was not nearly the same this time around by the rest of the league's GMs.

This Kraken team is better than a typical first year squad but they have flaws and holes in the makeup of the roster.

This is an opportunity for the Wild to get back on the winning train and they need to bring an effort like they did against Arizona on Wednesday night.

It's always Hockey Day in The State of Hockey!
