The NHL is getting close to announcing the choices for its Hub cities and all indications are that Las Vegas will be one of them, with some speculation that Vegas could find a way to host all 24 teams.
Already today, Craig Custance has reported that July 10 is the likely start date for the start of camps meaning the games will start at the beginning of August.
But does anyone else think that Vegas hotel/casinos may not be the best place to trap a few hundred rich hockey players who aren't allowed to leave the safe area?
Not only is Vegas likely to be a hot spot come the end of August, but having gambling be one of the few activities these players can do feels like a recipe for disaster.... Your thoughts?
