Sources this morning are saying that the Canadian government is working on a plan that would allow the teams to open camps in Canada AND keep open the possibility of Vancouver, Toronto, and Edmonton...despite the 14-day Quarantine rules currently in place.
Two sources are telling me that Toronto is leading the way, mainly because of all the possible practice facilities in the metro area...
Also, I am told that in Toronto they may quarantine teams all over the city in positions that would place them closer to the various practice arenas...
