<title>Josh Plummer: Injury update - call up from the Moose</title>

<description>Willie Mitchell and Rick Rypien both just left the ice after a 35 minute session with strength and conditioning coach, Roger Takahashi.  

Mitchell has missed three games, including the better part of the Ottawa game when he played only 7:14 before deciding to rest his groin.  

Rypien blew his groin on Dec. 8th and was slated to miss 6-8 weeks.
