Crosby has 80% of his teams goals in this series and is tied with Ovechkin in said series. More Goals and points in less games this playoff season also. Pretty brutal. Right now, the difference in the series has everything to do with Varlomov outplaying Fleury and Malkin being a ghost.

Yes, but Ovie has been better all around, he is scoring the big goal at the big time, not a late goal when the game is basically over. He is more physical and his team is winning the series so far. True though about Malkin being invisible and Varlomlov outplaying MAF.

Crosby scores the first goal in both games to give his team the lead. He scores the pens 2nd goal in game 2 to take the lead, and his only other goal was hit out of mid air with his team desperate for a goal to try and tie the game late

Not a knock on Ovechkin, his goals have been huge, but don't try an put a knock on Crosby's scoring. He's the only Pen really playing out there (With the exception of Staal). His team (Gonchar, Malkin, Sykora, Kunitz,) is letting him down
