Don't underestimate the Nuge. He slotted in real nice on Connors LW the last little bit of the seaon and they lit up the worlds together. He would be top 3 forwards on Philly and would probably make magic playing with a guy like Giroux.

He is a solid player and would definitely upgrade our forward depth but I expect Sanheim to develop into a really good two way puck moving defenseman with the potential to be a top pairing level defenseman. Right now Hopkins is the better player but this is about potential and not giving it up at such an important position.

Yup. Another top line player for a "potential" dman. Please someone fire him before it's too late...

Being from Calgary I've seen a lot of Sanheim. I see him being a second pair guy at most. Jmo.

That's definitely a possibility. There is a lot of talent there. Have to see how his defensive play develops.
