About what he deserve (2 million) but his agent will probably force management to pay him for what Bjork believes he could become, so I would venture in saying a maximum of 3.5 probably makes sense.

I'm guessing it will be several pieces of paper. Most likely it will be official NHL letterhead, possibly mixed with Blue Jackets letterhead.

There will be ink on the paper, black in all likelihood. The ink will be shaped in alphanumeric characters as well as fitting punctuation. There will also likely be one or more likes on the pages for he and/or his agent and/or team and league personnel to sign and date.
