The Kings better not sign him. He is 35 and hasn't been in the NHL in 5 years. Doughty needs to be re-signed by next year. They already have Brown's contract that no one will want along with Dion's. The Kings need to get younger, faster and more skilled. Kovy falls under none of those. Not only that, the Kings dump and chase system with a coach from the Sutter era in LA won't fit with Kovy's style of play. |
