Kovy would take the place of a heart player like Coleman. Or our plethora of kids that need a chance to develop. I'd take a heart and soul guy like Coleman over 35 year old Kovy and day.

I would make that deal. It would help both teams. You think Cory is done?

It’ll take a lot more then our 1 round draft pick for OEL and I don’t see The Yotes trading him

KOVI IS NOT COMING HERE.
And if he did he is Not taking COLEMANS spot.

Devils are not getting EOL for the 17th pick.
they need much more.

Carlson makes sense. shoots right though
JVR makes sense -
James Neil makes sense.
De Haan makes sense
Maroon makes sense.

the 2 highest scoring UFA right wings are
Gibbons and Grabner. so look for help from whithin.

You're talking about 26 year old Blake Coleman, right?

The guy who will be 27 in November and has 27 career points?

So would the Isles I believe. Like I said would help both teams but I'd be a little worried about Schneider's healh and the years remaining on his deal

This line-up is good. Could you clarify the 4th line? Which Gretzky and Lemieux are you talking about? Brent or Wayne Gretzky? Mario or Jocelyn Lemieux? Also is Patrick Roy not a goalie?

Thanks in advance for clarifying.

I'd assume Claude Lemieux

And I think it's Patrice Roy

Kovy is a pipe dream. He won't show his face in Jersey again. I could see Joe Thorton being a huge addition as a 2nd or 3rd line with Maroon. Two big boys that dominate the cycle game. But above all, D....... Green, Enstrom, Carlson, Sbisa.....etc. Just bring in some boys to help on the back end and our forwards will be fine. Not a fan of the notion of trading for mature D men given the asking price of Karlson and OEL. So lets target FA's and RFA's please

All signs point to Thorton re-signing in SJ. Bob McKenzie was on local radio last week and seemed quite sure they will have something worked out.

yeah after the past 2 years I don't think he is worth a 1st round pick but being it would be in division hopefully that would be Ray's asking price

It's always hard to read the goaltender market but put it this way; if we aren't getting a first what's the point of moving him? Kinkaid isn't a legit #1 and nobody on farm seems close.

Tkachuk will be the bust of this draft.

OEL has an 8x8.5 deal on the table in Arizona. If he passes that up what do you think it’ll take to sign him?
