As much as I didn't liked Lefebvre much, to his defense the big club really deprived him of his best players while he was here. If it keeps going the same way, Bouchard isn't going to have a lot more success.

They need to draft and develop properly, and make sure they have enough depth so the players that aren't ready don't get a call up for lack of better options.
