Probably, but he was their overall point leader by 20pts this year. That's a big loss up front.

I just have a feeling they'll move Morrissey to try and mitigate their cap exposure. Plus they'd get a pretty nice return for a 23 year old defenseman who had a strong season.

It's crazy that Dry-cycle makes 2.4 mil more a year than Scheifele

Myers was the only "major" acquisition, prior to Statsny, since they're back in Winnipeg. Kulikov, too but not sure I call that a "major" pickup.

The rest of their major contributors are all homegrown. Laine/Scheifele/Ehlers/Little. It's impressive what Chevy did there. They were super patient.
