You guys lucked out that Rob Ford died before he could cannonball into Lake Huron, flooding the entire state of Michigan

Michigan isn't too bad. Putting aside the potholes and poopty winters, at least we don't have to deal with many potential catastrophic natural events.

Lots of interesting names possibly available

Hi Jan,

there's a big difference between "Everyone other than Aho is available for the right price"

and

"fire sale."

They've said they've had discussions on several players. They haven't said they're actively shopping guys.

I seriously don't think I know a single thing about Michigan, outside of college sports and Eminem

And Greek Lawyer Pete, obviously

So glad they changed the transfer window in soccer. It starts today instead of July 1st now. Gives me something to follow until the draft/free agency

In a nutshell, Detroit has been a dump, but now that Dan Gilbert has bought the whole city, it's experience a bit of a comeback.

The suburbs are like everywhere else.

The auto industry was dying and then came back (along with housing prices)

Good Universities.

The roads suck and the winters do to (just hang on way too long)

The Northern Part of the State is gorgeous and where all rich people from Southern Michigan and Chicago have their vacation homes.

Kid Rock, Eminem, the White Stripes, Bob Seger, old school Motown.

And Greek Lawyer Pete.

I'd say a coach.

Getting serious, I'd also ask who is top LHD?

Hopefully Skjei rebounds. Can't imagine he plays again like he did last year.

Probably could have guessed most of that except for all the wealthy people vacationing in Northern Michigan

If I ever move to Pennsylvania it's going to be because I bought a house on a ton of property and want to enjoy your state's lax gun laws.

Or because I want to finally fulfill my Amish chick fetish

Yes. I saw it on a cooking show and I finally tried it a couple of weeks ago. Just cut a small slab and cook it on each side. It is like a grilled cheese with no bread needed.
