Henri Jokiharju scored his first goal for Finland (men) in Euro Hockey Tour against Russia. Finland won 2-1 and Ville Pokka was 0+2, just to let you know.

Natalie Wood (Maria) was outrageously beautiful and a terrific actor in several movies - but she was terribly miscast in this - couldn’t sing (I think Marne Nixon dubbed most/all of her songs), couldn’t dance (hard to dub that)....

The rest of the cast - Russ Tamblyn, George Chakiris, Rita Moreno (especially), the Jets - were outstanding.

As was the whole musical....

What fo you like most about Armia? A former #1, right? Here's important points considering an Armia transaction:

* room to protect him from expansion. If he is prorected. Whom do you leave unprotected. That said, the player ( if indeed a player as renumeration) might only be someone Winnipeg hopes is attractive to draft. Meaning greater odds for Cheveldayoff not to loose someone he wants to keep. Off the top of my head, Perrereeault is pretty good but accident prone. Perreault with Big Buff has bern lights out big point producing and that is a nice weapon to pull out in a playoff series. Not wanting to go off on a tangent, but Jets need healthy bodies on defence to trot out that line combo - bye and bye who had been the other wing on that makeshift line?

* Armia should be all about working hard to get results = new nice contract. A player on a mission with enough nhl now ready to explode into success.
You might be on to something. Beside that....i would like to see Dano produce at NHL. Dano and Armia are the type who can replicate success like Vegas has experienced. too.

I am interested your impression on Fortin all aspect of his game. And does Dahlstrom stand out? Because for Chicago to think of him ealier this year as third pair insurance.....means they like his game. Which cannot be under appreciated given the defensive ability of some other Blackhawks. You see Dahlstrom makes smart plays, simple plays, thinks the game well. Skates well can get involved in play, has a nice shot.....but is another softie. Seems like he might MIGHT be someone to draft ahead of Oesterle, maybe Gus too. Sorry i like Rutta his international experience and skill. Think he would be solid far more than others if he had a good pairing. Just not Forsling or two softies together.[/img]

Each year it seems he is out injured at least one good stretch of games. Last few years anyway. I like him, i do not buy that he has slowed down. His style still works. He is almost a luxury to afford on a roster. For a good team to afford and to have a deep blueline. Presently a good mix match with young kids and offensive dmen in Phoenix. Yes, Chykrun is good. And to make the point crystal clear, they have Demers and Goligowski Of Course OEL - one of wiz favorites btw.

Found it: Panarin also was an undrafted Free Agent for a reason. He is a offense-first, undersized perimeter player with insane offensive skills. Saad is a big body, fast skating 200 ft power forward that plays PK. Hawks also get an elite Goalie prospect, which they need. Love the trade
