Kadri gets 3 games for making contact with his butt to a head of a guy who was falling (cheap for sure, but he, Kadri, also turned his back but just didn’t ‘let up’), BUT a guy crosschecks a guy in the face gets 1, another guy clearly goes headhunting (just like Cooke/M.Richards/Torres use to) only gets gets 1 game as well.

Is it worse than Morrissey's cross check to face? No (IMO). Is it still illegal, ya. Should the ref who watched Crosby forearm smash Subban be fired for incompetence, ya. More consistency would be nice, but Hartman made a bad hit. Simple as that.
