The Lou thing is very interesting. Isles have some edge with having his son working for the team. If Lou wants to keep working and he is not going to be the big boss with the Leafs, the Isles might been a good option? Some other good choices like Fitzgerald, Fenton, and Futa as well so it's not like nobody's available.

I'm not sure, but I won't believe Snow is gone until I watch his dead body consumed by flames. Even then I wouldn't take and chances. I'd scatter his ashes across all seven continents and at least 4 oceans.
