I’m not entirely happy about that,
which probably means it’s close to a fair deal

I just need us to not get rid of guys just bc they aren’t “Stars” for what amounts to parts that are longshots to ever help us

Homie was saying Botts was offered two firsts and turned it down. Sabres89 said wait until deadline, “there is no need to trade him now, his value will only go up”. Also said day before draft with Homie that return will be huge.

If you could be assured of the lock, YES I would certainly strongly consider it ... it could another Sabres ‘05-06 season!


That said, boy it is a very, very risky proposition fo4 this franchise...losing their fan base with back to back 31st finishes and a lockout that fans hate. That could rock the franchise for a bit. But, if they came out strong from it, fans would be back in 5 games.

IMO, Bills likely not offering enough (to Dez's liking), which I'm fine with. He'll sell himself as a top receiver in the league and the fact is that he's years removed from being a top receiver.
