Just A Huge thanks for Rico ... Ducks do not make the playoffs without uncle Rico... He was the exact player they needed at that time. He’s been nothing short of spectacular. A hockey trade for both teams that has worked out extremely well.
Here’s hoping his playoff magic continues here in Anaheim.

Totally agree. Both are tough matchups. Bruins are worse. Anything can happen in he playoffs.

Counterpoint:
Against Boston, the Devils had a 55.29% CF%, a 57.33% CF%, and a 62.5% CF% and for what it's worth I remember feeling that they deserved a better fate in all 3 games. And the Devils are the only Eastern conference team that did this to Boston. Boston is objectively one of the best teams in the league and the numbers support that, but the Devils gave them a lot of trouble.

Against TB, they had a 50% CF%, 36.84% CF%, and a 43.88% CF%. I remember the first game being an even matchup so that's pretty crazy that it's exactly 50%, the second game was one of the worst games they played all season, but they got solid goaltending, and the Lightning didn't, and the 3rd I remember being closer than the numbers say, but TB pressed hard in that 3rd period.

I'll be rooting for Boston tonight.

Feel the same way about Vatanen. Absolutely essential down the stretch

Also to add onto this, I don't believe KK was in net for any of the games against Boston. I believe Schneider got 2 of them, 1 he got hurt and Appleby played the 3rd period, and Lack got the other game! So there's something else to look into if you want.

Just saying he's been our best goalie this season by far, and stole some games for us, we wouldn't be talking playoffs right now if it wasn't for him. Say what you will about him, with him in net playing how he has the past 2 months, I'm confident going against any team in the playoffs

I must say I was surprised how reasonable the playoff ticket prices were. That said, this is pure profit to the owners. I hope they use that and the salary cap room to invest in the future for this team. Nothing stupid mind you, but keep building. So far Shero has looked like a genius.

He’s been our best goalie down the stretch for sure. His overall numbers are pretty decent but not spectacular. He’s not likely to be as good as Rask.

I don't think we stand much of a chance against Boston. Bergeron, Pastrnak, Marchand.. then Rask playing great. Hall would just about be neutralized and it would be up to the other lines to break the likes of Krejci and Backes, not to mention their steady defense.
But then Tampa.. is just loaded with firepower everywhere. Stamkos and Kucherov are each 2 of the most dangerous players in the league. Then you have Johnson, Gourde, Pointe, Palat, Killorn.. and J.T. Miller can do work if he's on his A game. Their defense would be easier to get through.

We have Hall, Palmieri, a rookie, and a bunch of bottom 6 players.. And Vatanen. and Kinkaid. lol. GOOD LUCK BOYS!

As long as he keeps playing how he has down the stretch, we have a chance in any game against any team.

Same, I went to buy expecting to drop a bunch of $$$ on upper bowl tickets. Saw the prices and decided to get lower bowl seats for game 4

I think that we have a chance. They just have to play every period and every game like they want to win. There are some games during the regular season where they looked like they didn't want to he there. We aren't the best team by any means but they play with a lot of heart and work their butts off. Either way its exciting. LGD!

I'd rather see Jersey eliminate Bahston in round one then Tampa round 2.
