With what is at stake, these are practically playoff games as is. Good opportunity for the kids to learn and if they can pull off 3 wins here they are a lock. Saturday is looking more and more like the game of the season at this point. Either way, the boys have turned hockey around in Colorado. Up from 48 points to 93 is huge for this team heading forward, but the playoffs would really build the confidence going forward.

All it takes is the Blues losing one of their last two games before the game Saturday and it’s a one game playoff. The Avs need to close up shop on San Jose and this Saturday game with the Blues will be an epic winner takes all for the playoffs!!!!

Its tough sledding right now. Its not a good feeling that they are fumbling their way through the past 6 games and possibly missing the boat but still very promising that this team is in the right direction.
