The NHL refs are terrible and inconsistent, but I don't buy some conspiracy theory against the Hawks. If anything, they were Bettman's darlings the last decade. Look how many National TV games the Hawks get. What makes you think they are hexed by Bowman and the Refs??

Sad really...terrific first 8 years, but peaking at 26 and signed thru 2023 at 10.5M per is an impossible pill to swallow going forward. Would have never imagined this situation after the 2015 Cup win.

Play should have been called before that play, as CLB interfered in the offensive zone. That is the part where the refs dictate the play, some penalties are called.
