You are correct, a top 10 list would have just cut to the chase and focussed on the key players. However, seeing that it is the dog-days of summer, I figured a top 25 list would give readers an opportunity to look at a more extensive list and possibly get to know more about players they knew little-to-nothing about.

I remember Andersson. I liked him. He was the Nordic version of J.T. Brown. Very fast skater, but hands made mostly of stone. He would get breakaways and then fire the puck wide or straight into the goalie's chest protector. Back then, he was one of our fastest skaters, so I liked him. Haven't heard his name in about 20 years.

I still have a 3rd jersey signed by Rob Zamuner. There is a name many younger Bolts fans won't remember.

It's that ugly, much-hated 3rd jersey that has since been retired. Truth be told, I never thought they were ugly. I got it cheap. I traded an old beat-up practice jersey and $20 for it.

Then I went to a signing and stood in line to get Zamuner to sign it. My other option was Cory Cross. LOL.

I have Zamuner and Cicerelli signed pucks from Gettel Toyota.

Cory was a likeable pylon.
