he will be in charge of the development of the new arena... very media smart.he understands what the fan wants. has done this with the flyers and panthers.. no reason he won't be successful here

he isn't making the roster or signing the free agents.. he is running an arena... big difference... not everything is doom and gloom..

Sounds like he is very respected and been doing this for years so he will run all off ice activities and snow will maintain all team decisions on ice

I was told he wasn't going to be the president,,, he was going to be ceo of the new arena..but who knows with this team

It does seem like he will be just running the new arena. If down the line Ledecky wants to get rid of Garth, Peter might at least have some good names as replacements to give Ledecky?

Even if your team if a Cup favorite, very little break from being nervous during the playoffs as a fan.

did some more prying.. both sides are interested... talks are on going.. luukko wants a hockey operations role as well as being in charge of new arena operations... their is mutual interest from all parties

Well, maybe not ALL parties....

I don't know why but im not so convinced that Vegas is going to take a d-man from us. Don't get me wrong it would be logical for them to take Hickey or DeHaan, but the more I think about it, I think they will take Strome or Nelson.

That's assuming that Strome/Nelson are a) on the roster and b) left unprotected

why does pulock have to be protected when he's played less than 20 hnl games?
