Hope your kid doesn't learn to shoot high-and-wide like Okposo, otherwise your neighbor will be getting some nice new windows.
Were you actually the 1996 Regional Pog Championship Finalist? |

Awesome job on the rink! I've got a huge yard but it's slopped every which way. Would love to put a rink in for my kids. |

that's a pretty sweet rink!
My son is 1.5 and plays hockey with his Leafs ministicks all day. When did you first put your son in skates? |

RE: Sick Phaneuf Jersey - Thanks !! Always one of my all-time favorites.
RE: When did I first put my son in skates: January 12th, which was the first day the Rink was skatable. He just turned 4, and while I wish I started him last year, it's only since we started him in soccor last spring that he seemed to care about sports. |

Cool, I'm thinking of trying it out next winter when he's 2. Apparently that canskate program is really good, might look into that.
I saw some 1-year-olds skating , I was just pushing the stroller |

Nice rink James. If I tried that down here in AZ, it wouldn't last much more than about an hour. Anyway, hockey has helped me get closer to my kids. Being a single dad isn't easy, but one thing my kids and I all love is hockey. They got into it 4 years ago and now our house is decked out in Coyotes gear. They also ask me if we are going to get TJ Oshie. They love that guy from the shootout...
It's nice to see them win some games down the stretch. They are probably at worst getting the 5th pick and now that Tippet is actually giving PP time to Perlini and Dvorak, amazing how they are scoring more goals. I'd like to see Wood, DeAngelo and DuClair back up with about 20 games left and run them out there for 15-17 minutes each a game at least. One can hope...

I agree it's a great way to bond with the kids - honestly, my love of the game is completely rejuvinated from playing with him. The Coyotes are going to be fun soon - I am just bummed that I thought it would be this year and not next. |

Phaneuf jersey
You should just donate it to goodwill and get yourself a Marner or Matthews jersey. Or better yet, EK should buy all his bloggers a nice home jersey of their favorite squad.
Cheers and hopefully the ODR is still alive on Family Day!!!! |

Just because a former hero moves on, doesn't mean you ditch his jersey. Phaneuf is one of the greatest players the Leafs have had over the last 16 years.
Sundin, Kessel, Dion. I know that says more about the team than anything else, but whatever. Dion is a fun player to watch, he was a great captain and it just so happened that he was in a bad situation. Personally, I wish we still had him.
I don't forsee Ek shelling out for 6 grand worth of sweaters, but it'd be sweat if he did. I'd like an OEL home, a Matthews and maybe a classic Ron Francis Whalers.
Here's hoping she lasts all weekend! |

I gifted my Kessel jersey before he was gifted to the Pens.

Met Ron Francis a bunch of times at CAR training camps when I was a kid. He's a pretty cool dude. Gary Roberts and Arturs Irbe were probably the coolest though. |

IF you're in the GTA you may well have a giant puddle come monday. Nice work though... is that taking up the whole of your yard?
When he can raise the puck in a few years your neighbours will be like me... listening to the kids next door hitting the fence with pucks... sounds like gunshots! |
