if its not nailed down sell it (Smith, Ott, Vanek, etc.). and for (frank) sake try and get rid of some of these ridiculous contracts.

If they can get some picks, move as many as possible but I'd aim to clear out the contracts... Biggest issue on this team is the amount of money that is paid to bottom 6 wingers and 4-6 D men.... Holland created it but I don't think he has the ability to correct it.

Ladd got one last year before the deadline, don't see why Vanek with the season he's having, wouldn't merit one. 1st or 2nd would be ok.

I would say my top 3 are Mantha, AA, and Mrazek. I would move Larkin for the right deal. Just not a huge fan of him. Very one dimensional imo.
