I thought you might touch on GM Bob Murray throwing his reel out there with the "taking calls" comment to the media. An unorthodox move by Murray, but it seems like something's brewing. With that story, I give a 65% chance of a significant piece heading Anaheim's way. You got to think they're going to keep 37-67-10 together, I predict 7-17-33 will be reunited, and I think they're going to get Getzlaf a winger, if.

Hindsight is 20/20. Where would this team be if it could have kept Perron? IDK. I was harping that things were going to be quiet and boring at the trade deadline, but with the emergence of 71 and 53 that's changed.

Anyways, Minnesota tonight! Hopefully this abysmal roadie can be salvaged.

Montour & Shea can skate, shoot, and move the puck. But good teams expose their defensive weaknesses, especially Shea. And you can't shelter them both, especially while Bieksa is typically out of position.

Poor Gibby. He had to make 2 of the top 3 NHL saves of the week against the Rangers just for his team to keep from being blown out. Vatanen and Stoner need to hurry back.

Well things are moving along - let's see what shakes out - sounds as though Murray is weighing his offers - he should have plenty to look at with all the D men available to trade - Vats / Stoner / Shea are the 3 that are most likely IMO to be dealt - let's see what tonight brings - Ducks need again to bring the A game -
